This is not a form you fill out and hope someone reads. Every booking at Polaris Pointe is assigned a dedicated concierge manager, a real person who knows the property, knows Lake Murray, and knows what a well-run stay looks like.
Your manager is free of charge for the full duration of your stay and is available for questions, concerns, requests, and unexpected moments. They help with arrival notes, house questions, check-in logistics, vendor coordination, local recommendations, mid-stay issues, and the small friction that quietly ruins a good trip.

How concierge services work
Every concierge service is priced at the actual cost of the goods or provider plus a 25% concierge coordination fee. You choose how each request is handled before the team moves.
You tell us what you want. We research it, source the provider, confirm availability, and send the full cost breakdown before anything is confirmed or charged. Use this for anything you want to price out, compare, or think over.
You authorize the service and we handle sourcing, booking, coordination, and billing without a back-and-forth approval. Use this for recurring requests, pre-arrival provisioning, and anything you want done without extra check-ins.
Either way, there are no surprises. Every service reflects the real cost of the provider or goods plus the 25% coordination fee.
