Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to use of this website, private booking inquiries, and SMS communications for Polaris Pointe on the Cove. A confirmed Lake Murray stay may include additional written terms, house rules, invoice terms, platform terms, or rental agreement terms.
Private Booking Inquiries
- Submitting an inquiry, checking availability, or requesting dates does not guarantee a reservation.
- Rates, taxes, fees, deposits, cancellation rules, and payment schedules are provided before a private reservation is accepted.
- Reservations may be declined or cancelled when dates, guest details, payment, verification, owner approval, or house-rule requirements are not satisfied.
Website Use
Website content, photos, descriptions, amenities, concierge options, policies, and availability may change without notice. Do not use this website for unlawful activity, automated scraping, misleading inquiries, or any use that interferes with the booking process.
SMS Terms
Program name: Polaris Pointe on the Cove private booking messaging program.
By opting into SMS, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages about private rental inquiries, availability, booking details, stay preparation, concierge requests, and guest follow-up. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Text STOP to opt out. After you send STOP to the Polaris Pointe messaging number, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. Text HELP for assistance or contact support using the email listed below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to SMS is not required to submit a booking inquiry or book a stay.
